and life skills, and help individuals integrate into the community labour market. 

Our priority is to help everyone reach their full potential and prepare
them for the realities of the labour market today and tomorrow.

The E4E program was born out of a need to help the community learn
and upgrade their skills for employment.

We work with each individual to plan out their employment goal[s] and
their next steps to obtaining meaningful employment!

‍Eligibility: 
‍19+ with a mild to moderate developmental disability.
 Able to focus on a task for a period of time.
Physically self-sufficient and capable of autonomous action.
Must be actively searching for employment.
